Experience should be at the top of the list for anyone looking for legal counsel. Marsha D. Jackson has experience and a track record to go along with it. During her career, she has handled hundreds of cases and that experience gets put to work for you.
Marsha began her legal career in the Office of the Public Defender in Springfield, Missouri shortly after admission to the Missouri Bar in 2001. From there, she moved into private practice as an associate at a local firm. Marsha opened her own practice in 2005.
Since then, she has focused on family law, juvenile law, probate law, and federal criminal law as the primary areas of her practice. Marsha will use every means at her disposal to reach a satisfactory conclusion to each case she handles and is not afraid to take a case to trial if that is the best course of action.
As a solo practitioner, Marsha handles every aspect of each case she accepts. Clients never speak to a paralegal or assistant.
Aside from her significant career accomplishments, Marsha is well respected by other attorneys and the family court commissioners and judges in front of whom she appears.
Marsha received her law degree from Washburn University after attending undergraduate school at Drury University. She has also completed 40 hours of training in family/civil mediation and has extensive training as a guardian ad litem.
She is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Southern Missouri Women Lawyers.
